Supporting your child's Mental Health

How can parents help their child's mental health?
 
 
Be there to listen and respect their feelings:

Encourage them to talk about how they feel. Keep communication and conversation flowing by asking questions and listening to your child.
 
 
Regularly ask your child how they're doing, to help them get used to talking about their feelings, and know there's always someone there to listen.
